The Spain squad were back training again on Thursday ahead of the World Cup final. The players who started Wednesday's win over Germany at the Moses Mabhida Stadium trained in the gym as Fernando Torres and the rest of the players from Vicente Del Bosque's 23-man started preparations for the game against Holland on Sunday with a light session.

With just under 72 hours to go to the most important match in the history of Spanish football, the players who trained on the pitch at the North West University carried out a series of exercises with and without the ball. The session concentrated on stamina and physical training, before ending with a practice match involving three teams. There will no rest-bite on Friday as the players will train in the gym during the morning before donning their boots for an afternoon session behind closed doors.
