- Did you want to be the number ‘9’ of Atletico and have you fulfiled you dream… What have been more difficult to reach or continue?

Everything have passed very fase, but these years haven’t been as good as the Atleticos wanted to be. Anything has been easy.

- Is it this team different than the one you came to Atletico, with people like Kilo or Aguilera?

Now is younger, at that time there wasn’t so young players. Now we have more things in common and a happier environment. The lack of veteran we are accusing it in the matches.

- Does the name of ‘Kid’ buthers you?

No at all, I wish when I have 30 years old they keep calling me like that.

- What do you think the mass media has treat you?

I don’t judge. It has been good and bad moments depending on my output.

- What did you dream when you was a kid? Was the Atletico very different that the one you saw at the terrace?

I dreamt winning titles and that haven’t come yet. Now the people don’t respect us like used to be, because there are team above us: Valencia, Depor... We are in a transition and little by little we are in our deserve place, putting our head out.

- Have you lose the faith?

No, I haven’t, the Atleticos don’t ever lose the faith.

- How many times you thought on leaving?

I never thought that. There have been bad seasons and you look foward to going holidays to disconnect and hoping that at your return things come out better.

- What Luis Aragones says about you have to perfect a lot of things, Do you assimilate?

Of course . The coachs have to perfect to their players, you can’t get mad about it. Luis is a demanding coach, everybody knows him and the truth, is an important coach to me.

- Are you going to shot penalties?

Yes. The coach decides and he gives me also the freedom to decide. If I have confidence I shoot, and if I don’t have it I don’t shoot it. The most important is the team.

- Don’t you think you should be playing Champions?

The most important is to be where you feel confortable and to achieve titles where you feel it. It is very difficult to be at the place and perfect moment and I am convince that I am going to achieve titles here.

- Have you ever thought The opportunity of playing at Europe was getting over?

When I have 28 years old I will ahve played the Champions and I will have made it with the Atletico. I am going to stay here.

- Are you obsess of winning a red and white title?

No, we aren’t obsess, and I don’t condition my leave to win titles or being at Europe. I want to win titles with Atletico, because these are the colors I fell.
