The international players Fernando Torres, Sergio Ramos and Iker Casillas participate in a campaign against the gender violence promoted by the Profesional Futbol League, the Social Ministry of Work and Subjects, the Institute of Women and the Superior Council of Sports. The collaboration of the football players consists in recording a TV spot in which they express messages against bad treatments on women under the slogan "Not to the gender violence".

In his message, Fernando Torres assures that "to gain the most important competition the effort of the whole society is necessary". "Say no to violence against women", concludes.

The broadcasting of the spot is part of a set of institutional acts that will begin Friday with the 'Day for the End of the Violence against Women', and that include by the LFP the naming of the 13th game of the National Championship of the League as the 'Day against the Gender Violence’. The Valencia-Celta game on Saturday, that will be broadcast by the public televisions, is the chosen one to promote from the world of football the rejection to the violence and the understanding of society against such damage.
