Real Madrid players praise Torres’ skillsFew more than three days before the Madrilian derbi at Bernabeu Stadium, Real Madrid players praise Fernando Torres skills and pointed out as a factor to watch next Sunday on the field of the coliseum of Chamartin. Two offensive players and a goalkeeper –Raul, Ruud Van Nistelrroy and Iker Casillas- pointed out the great quality that the red and white captain possess in spite of his youth.

Real Madrid and Spanish National Team’s captain, Raul Gonzalez, assured in Onda Madrid Station that Fernando “is a very good player, with a great skills that feels as an Atletico and he goes for it to death with goals and work. He is the present and he has a very great future. I wish he scores Madrid, but I hope we get the victory”.

Van Nistelrooy, the forward that just arrived at the white team after being the offensive leader for years of Manchester United, he qualified Torres in declarations to ‘Mundo Atletico’ newspaper as a “very complete player. He is very fast with and without the ball, smart and young. He did a great Germany’s World Cup. He has quality to play in England, Italy or Netherlands”.

Also the goalkeeper of Real Madrid, Iker Casillas, commented to ‘Mundo Atletico’ journal that “Fernando is a strong player and very powerful. He already demonstrated it at Germany’s World Cup, and you have to be careful with him. Till now, I’ve been lucky and he has never beaten me, but he always crates danger and a lot of goal occasions”.
