Good news from Washington in the last test before the World Cup. The Spanish National Team did not notice the wearing out due to the weather and reached the end of the match in good condition. Fernando Torres, starter and scorer against Bolivia, was rested for this second friednly fixture as Vicente del Bosque selected players from Atletico and Real Madrid not available for that first test in Seville because the Champions League final.

Spectacular the level of the players with most international caps. Sergio Ramos, Xabi, Iniesta, Cesc are in a very good level. They controlled the match, securing possession and playing almost the whole match in the field closer to the goal of Hernry Hernández. The stats spoke by itself: 400 passes in the first half, with 80 percent of possession for world title holders.

Diego Costa has poison on his boots. In 3 minutes he demonstrated his risk and was awarded with a penalty that Cesc failed to score. The ball went high up for a little.

The goal did not come from the kick spot but finished appearing on the second half. The scoring was opened in the 60th with a goal by Villa who scored his goal number 57th as Spanish International. The Spaniard closed the game scoring another one.

Both Alba and Juanfran played without any physical discomfort. Their speed is key in attack but also in defence.

El Salvador, trained by the Spanish Miguel Roca, was one of the opponents that had never played against the Spanish team in its history. It was a rival in which highlighted its goalie. Also De Gea made his debut, becoming the number 50th to debut with the National team.
