Fernando Torres went to the signature of the collaboration agreement between Atlético Madrid Foundation and the region of Madrid. As the climax of the event, the captain of the squad and Javier Aguirre, in representation of the Club, had the honour to give Mrs. Esperanza Aguirre – President of the region of Madrid - a red and white T-shirt with her name. The top leader of the region of Madrid, that chaired the public act next to Enrique Cerezo, and the president of the Foundation, the ex player, Enrique Collar, put on the red and white shirt and posed with it at the official photo of the event.

Fernando Torres assisted to the act, celebrated at the ‘VIP’ room of Vicente Calderon Stadium, with the rest of the members of the first squad, the coaches, the entire board of directors, the Association of ex-players representation and the president and the whole squad of players of the feminine team of the club, Feminine Atletico.

The agreement framework signed is to prove the interest of both institutions to create and keep a space of collaboration for the exchange and cooperation of the teaching field and the learning of the science of sport, the formation in inherent values to the practice of sport, the development and the promotion of sport activities and the promotion of equality between male and female sex in sport.
