Red-and-whites have a rival for the quarter-finals of the Champions League: Leicester City FC. The first-leg match will be played on the 12th of April at the Vicente Calderón, and the second leg will be played on the 18th of April at the King Power Stadium.

Atlético de Madrid advanced to the quarter-finals of the European Cup after eliminating Bayer Leverkusen in the round of 16. For their part, Leicester played and eliminated Sevilla to reach the quarter-finals.

Fernando Torres has an awesome record against foxes. In 2012 FA Cup path won with the Blues 5-2 in quarter to final round. Gary Cahill opened the scoring with a towering header before Salomon Kalou put Blues firmly in the ascendancy with a smart finish. Fernando Torres made it 3-0 from Meireles's pass to the delight of the home support, but Leicester hit back through Jermaine Beckford.

Torres scored his second of the game late on with a near-post header but, incredibly, Leicester hit back again when Ben Marshall scored a wonderful goal from distance. Raul Meireles, though, finally put the game beyond doubt in the closing minutes when he scored from close-range following Torres's lay-off.
