Atlético de Madrid added a point from trip to Astana that falls short because there were chances to win. But after this draw the team still depends on itself to reach the round of 16. Fernando Torres played a 63 minutes performance and led some of the best chances of the game for Red-and-whites.

In the second half, our team sought more the goal of Kazakh squad without luck. Godin and Tiago tried at the beginning, Griezmann later and Carrasco had the win at his boots. First on 75 minutes, with a poisoned cross that crashed on the crossbar, and then with a shot on the last minute that was saved by the Kazak goalkeeper.

Scoreless draw on the fourth round in a match in which our team should have won for the chances created. Now Red-and-whites have to think about Sunday’s match against Sporting. We will have time to think about the game against Galatasaray on November 25th at the Calderón.
