Fifteenth Primera RFEF Matchday rewarded Atlético de Madrid B with three points after completing an outstanding comeback over Marbella at the Cerro del Espino pitch. The Andalusian side took the lead through a goal from Ernest but Rayane scored the equaliser soon in the 32nd minute. Boñar made it 2-1 shortly after and Rayane increased the gap in the 88th minute for Red-and-whites, but on injury time Du made the final 3-2 (90').

It was the second consecutive home victory for the team managed by Fernando Torres after their previous first triumph on own soil against Mérida. Atlético B climb to fifth spot of the table with 22 points, the same amount as fourth-placed Villarreal B.

Torres highlighted the performance of the lads as “above all, the reaction to the opponent's goal, we managed to stay calm. The boys had the personality we request them to take risks, keep on playing, and dare to do things because they have the quality to do so. We are very happy with the win, with how it turned out and with the energy that the team transmitted throughout the game.”
